These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy a used car from us as a consumer. Please read them before you buy. If anything in a written order form or invoice we give you is different, the order form or invoice applies.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

We take care to describe every car accurately, but details such as specification, equipment and mileage come partly from third-party data. Please check anything that matters to you with us before you buy.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We will confirm the full price of a car, and any extra charges, before you agree to buy it. If we make an obvious pricing mistake on the website, we will tell you and you will not have to go ahead.

Cars are sold subject to availability. A car shown on the website may already be sold or reserved, so please call us to check before you travel.

A contract to buy a car is made when we both agree the sale and we confirm it to you, usually with an order form or invoice.

If we take a deposit to reserve a car, we will tell you in writing how much it is, how long we will hold the car for, and when it can be refunded.

Ownership of the car passes to you once we have received full payment, including any finance payment from your lender.

Any valuation we give you online or over the phone is a guide only. It is based on what you tell us and is confirmed once we have inspected the car.

You must own the car or have the right to sell it, tell us about any outstanding finance, and describe its condition, history and mileage honestly. If any outstanding finance is not settled, the amount owed will be taken off the value of your car.

When you buy a used car from us as a consumer, the car must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. What counts as satisfactory quality takes into account the car's age, mileage and price.

If there is a fault, you have a short-term right to reject the car and get a refund within 30 days of taking delivery.

After 30 days, or if you choose, you can ask us to repair or replace the car. If a repair or replacement is not possible or does not fix the fault, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a final right to reject. A refund after the first 30 days may be reduced to reflect the use you have had of the car.

These rights do not cover fair wear and tear, damage caused after delivery, or faults we told you about, or that you could reasonably have seen, before you bought the car.

If you buy a car from us entirely at a distance, for example by phone, email or online without coming to see us, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 usually give you 14 days from delivery to cancel. Please contact us to arrange the return. The car must be returned in the same condition, and you may have to pay for any reduction in its value caused by handling it more than you would in a showroom.

This right does not apply if you visited us and agreed the sale in person.

Our cars come with a parts and labour warranty. The length and terms of the warranty for your car will be set out in the warranty documents we give you when you buy. A warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them.

DSG Financial Services Limited is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 02313903. DSG Financial Services Limited is a credit broker and not a lender.

Finance is provided by lenders, who make their own decision on whether to lend to you. Your finance agreement is with the lender and has its own terms, which you should read before you sign.

If you have a complaint about finance, please contact DSG Financial Services Limited first. If you are not happy with the response, you may be able to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
